We are currently seeking experienced Traffic Management TSCO’s (Traffic Safety Control Officers). As a TSCO, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating traffic management activities in work zones and construction sites to ensure the safety of workers, pedestrians, and motorists.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising and directing traffic management operatives and drivers
- Setting up and maintaining traffic management systems in accordance with regulations
- Conducting site inspections and risk assessments
- Communicating effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and procedures
- Providing on-the-job training and guidance to team members
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Traffic Management TSCO or similar role
- Strong knowledge of traffic management principles and practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- TSCO qualification or certification preferred
