We are currently seeking experienced Site Managers with a strong background in repair and refurbishment projects to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of repair and refurbishment projects, ensuring that they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and coordinating repair and refurbishment projects from start to finish
- Managing project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively
- Supervising on-site construction activities and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met
- Providing regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on repair and refurbishment projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
