Project Manager – Construction

Job Type: Permanent Temporary

Location: West Yorkshire

We are currently seeking experienced Project Managers with a strong background in construction projects to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed successfully, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, organising, and managing construction projects from inception to completion
  • Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinating and overseeing construction activities on-site
  • Procuring materials, equipment, and subcontractors as needed
  • Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues that may arise
  • Communicating with stakeholders to provide project updates and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager on construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, practices, and regulations
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and problem-solve effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
