We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Advanced Scaffolders to join our team. As an Advanced Scaffolder, you will be responsible for overseeing the erection, modification, and dismantling of complex scaffolding structures at construction sites, ensuring safety and efficiency in the work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Erecting, modifying, and dismantling complex scaffolding structures in compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Providing leadership and guidance to junior scaffolders
- Conducting inspections and maintenance of scaffolding equipment
- Collaborating with project managers and team members to meet project deadlines
- Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety protocols and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Advanced Scaffolder
- Advanced knowledge of scaffolding techniques and best practices
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
