Got Questions?We Have Answers!
A recruitment agency is a company that finds people looking for work (candidates) and matches these with job vacancies on behalf of an employer (client).
We’re an independent agency with in-depth knowledge on the recruitment market, with well-established relationships with many leading organisations.
Online registration takes under a minute and lets you set up personalised job searches and job alerts. You can tell us about the jobs you’re interested in, and we will email you with the latest jobs within your area of expertise and preferred locations.
We can also improve your employability by providing you with practical advice and support for CV writing, interviewing and more.
You will be paid into your bank account, one week in arrears. You will also receive a payslip via email.
No, we will ask permission to send your CV to a client if we think you may be suitable for the position.
We are available 24 hours a day.
Not always, this is dependent on the work placement and type of contract. Some clients complete these sheets on your behalf, in which case there’s no need to worry.
Alternatively, please complete a paper version which will need to be emailed to us weekly on a Friday.
Temporary – Temporary hire positions can be anything from a day’s work to over a year. A timesheet will be completed showing as a minimum the hours and days worked.
Permanent – Permanent recruitment is the most traditional form of employment, whereby the company directly employs an individual with no end date to the role. Temp-to-perm – Temporary hire positions can lead to permanent contracts. The employer or candidate can end the temporary contract, or the employer can decide to offer a permanent position.
Fixed-term – Fixed term contracts are short-term agreements for a specific period of time agreed between our client and the candidate.
Part-time – Part-time contracts allow candidates to work fewer hours than if they were full-time employed.
Multi-hire – Our bespoke multi-hire options offer our clients a great way to maximise their recruitment budget and ensure they get the right results.
RPO – Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) allows our clients to turn all or some of its hiring duties over to us, so we can find the right candidates for the company’s specific needs within an agreed timeframe.
For temporary roles, the candidate will accrue 0.5 days of holiday, each full week they work.
You will need authorisation from us and our client before taking any time off. Alternatively, we will pay your entitlement when you receive your standard pay.
Please note that non-temporary contracts may have varying terms.
No, it is completely free to register with us. All our fees are paid by the employer and not the candidate.
Yes, Capable will offer work to you, and it is your choice whether to accept the placement. You are under no obligation to accept anything that is offered.
