We are currently seeking experienced Project Managers with a strong background in construction projects to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed successfully, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, organising, and managing construction projects from inception to completion
- Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinating and overseeing construction activities on-site
- Procuring materials, equipment, and subcontractors as needed
- Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues that may arise
- Communicating with stakeholders to provide project updates and ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, practices, and regulations
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and problem-solve effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
