We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Traffic Management IPV Foreman. As a Traffic Management IPV Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of Impact Protection Vehicles (IPVs) and managing traffic control activities to ensure the safe flow of traffic in work zones and construction sites.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising and coordinating the operation of Impact Protection Vehicles (IPVs)
- Leading and directing a team of Traffic Management Operatives
- Setting up and maintaining traffic management systems in accordance with plans
- Ensuring the safety of workers, pedestrians, and motorists in work zones
- Communicating effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Enforcing health and safety regulations and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Traffic Management IPV Foreman
- Strong knowledge of traffic management principles and practices
- LTMO (Lantra Traffic Management Operative) qualification preferred
- Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
